• Status: self-initiated project, not funded.

This project is the core of a recent Ph.D. thesis in which models for agonism and antagonism were produced for 31 GPCRs of the CNS: Serotonin, Dopamine, Opiate, Muscarine, Histamine, and Cannabinoid receptors. Known drugs were screened by these models and suggested side effects and chances of repurposing. The work suggests many sub-projects to deal with issues of known drugs and propose novel ones.
